2/
Misfire.
If a misfire occurs, a second firing voltage
application is not allowed unless a non-ammunition cause
for
the misfire is confirmed and corrected.
3/
Failure to chamber.
The cartridge cannot be inserted
into
chamber sufficient distance to allow the breach to be
engaged or cartridge cannot be bottomed by the breach
within
the limits of an axial load of 270 Newtons.
4/
Failure to extract.
After firing, the cartridge case cannot
be removed without failure of the extractor rinq. Foreign
debris at cartridge/chamber interface causing cartridge case
removal difficulty does not constitute a valid failure.
