4.3 First article inspection. When specified in the contract, a sample of M910 cartridges shall be
subjected to first article inspection and first article quantity in accordance with Table III.
4.3.1 Inspection to be performed. The first article assemblies, components and test specimens
shall be subject to any or all of the examinations and tests specified in Table III.
4.3.2 First article rejection. If any item of the sample fails to comply with the first article
inspection requirements, the sample shall be rejected, unless otherwise specified in Table III notes (see
6.6).
