3.10 Workmanship.
3.10.1 Metal defects. The primer shall be free of cracks, laminations, nicks, dents,
scratches, and other metal defects. .
3.10.2 Foreign matter. The primer shall be free of corrosion, stains, discoloration, dirt,
oil and other foreign matter.
